About Richmond Park Partners
The London based Richmond Park Partners LLP was founded in 2009, with a clear vision in mind – “to set new standards in independent merchant banking”. The independent, boutique merchant bank offers a wide range of advisory services in the financial and capital market sectors. The bank prides itself on its absolute independence, which facilitates its total focus on client needs.
The bankers responsible for founding Richmond Park Partners include former Dresdner Bank executive, Werner Grub; Andrew Pisker, formerly Chief Executive of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein; and Scott Mead, former Partner and Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. The three are all veteran bankers with a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise.
The services offered by the bank include restructuring, stock issue consulting services and advice on merger and acquisition. Additional consulting services are provided in the fields of buyout, and management of wealth and assets. The firm’s main clientele is drawn from middle market companies, as well as those in the growth stage. The broad and diverse experience and expertise of the partners places them in a unique position to address the challenges that face their clients in today’s rapidly changing markets, whether these challenges are of a financial or a strategic nature.
Richmond Park Partners has a strong sense of corporate responsibility and continuously strives to reduce the impact of its activities on the environment. The Richmond Park Foundation has been established by the founding partners, with the intention of donating part of the firm’s annual profits to support communities in which the firm and its clients are active. Furthermore, the firm monitors its carbon footprint and whenever possible, sources goods and services from sustainable resources.
